SPR GLASGOW LTD (trading as Aspect Gascare) operates a sophisticated, tech-enabled logistics network. By utilizing a streamlined fulfillment strategy at our primary center in Scotland, we ensure that our urban gear reaches our global community with maximum efficiency and a minimal carbon footprint.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Every Aspect Gascare product undergoes a final “Quality & Stitching” inspection before it is cleared for dispatch.
- Dispatch Schedule: Orders are batched and processed every business day. Our cutoff time for same-day processing is 10:00 AM GMT.
- Timeline: Standard processing requires 1-3 business days.
- Weekends & Holidays: Our logistics hub is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be prioritized for dispatch the following business day.

3. Protective Packaging
To ensure your Aspect Gascare bag arrives in showroom condition, we use a multi-layer protection system:
- 🛡️ Dust Protection: Each bag is encased in a breathable, high-quality dust bag.
- 📦 Structural Integrity: We use internal supports to maintain the bag’s silhouette during transit.
- 🌍 Eco-Friendly Mailers: Outer packaging is made from sustainable, recyclable materials.
4. Real-Time Tracking
Transparency is key. Once your parcel is scanned into the courier’s network at our facility, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing:
- A unique tracking number.
- A direct link to the courier’s live tracking portal.
- Estimated arrival date and time-slot (where available).
5. Customs, Failed Delivery & Claims
International Duties: Customers are the “Importer of Record” and are responsible for all import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees. These are determined by your local customs office.
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or multiple missed attempts, the carrier will return the parcel to us. In these instances, a “Return-to-Sender” fee of £10.00 will be deducted from any refund to cover the courier’s administrative costs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event of a transit issue, please contact us at support@aspectgascare.com. Claims for damaged goods must be filed within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the external and internal packaging.
