Is my sensitive financial information safe?

Absolutely. We utilize Stripe as our primary payment gateway. Stripe is a PCI-compliant Service Provider Level 1—the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Your credit card data is never stored on our servers; instead, it is handled through bank-grade AES-256 encryption. Our website also uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect your data during transit.

What payment methods do you accept?

Through our secure checkout, we accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay for a seamless mobile experience.

Why was my payment declined?

Declines can occur due to incorrect billing addresses, insufficient funds, or international transaction blocks placed by your bank. Please ensure your billing address matches the one on file with your bank. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your card issuer.

Will my 16-inch laptop fit securely?

Our “Pro-Commuter” and “Urban-Armor” series are specifically engineered with a high-density, foam-padded, and suspended tech sleeve. This design protects up to a 16-inch MacBook Pro or a standard 15.6-inch PC laptop. The suspension system ensures that your laptop never hits the ground when you set your bag down.

Are Aspect Gascare bags water-resistant?

Yes. We use premium 1000D Ballistic Nylon or recycled RPET fabrics treated with a double-layered hydrophobic coating. While our bags are highly water-resistant and will protect your gear in heavy rain, they are not designed for full submersion.

How do I clean and maintain my bag?

To maintain the structural integrity and coating of the fabric, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can damage the weather-resistant membranes and internal padding.

Logistics & Global Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our primary logistics hub in Baillieston, Glasgow, Scotland. This allows us to maintain strict quality control over every item before it is handed to the courier.

I haven’t received my tracking number yet.

Tracking numbers are generated automatically once your parcel is scanned at our facility. This typically occurs within 1-3 business days of your order. If you haven’t seen an email, please check your spam folder or contact support@aspectgascare.com.

Who is responsible for international customs duties?

For international orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid to the carrier before delivery can be completed.

Orders & Modifications

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To ensure we meet our fast dispatch targets, we have a very narrow window for cancellations. You may cancel or change your shipping address within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is locked into our automated fulfillment system and cannot be recalled.

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached, you can return it to our Baillieston facility for a refund. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
